Introduction of the President and CEO Hi I’m Lynne Allin the President and CEO of Splendor Business Management. I attended University of Arkansas, where I majored in Business Administration with a minor in Business Management. I’ve owned and operated a small business for many years while working full time in the dental industry.  I have been working for patients for over twenty years, filling the role of orthodontics and dental assistance.  I’ve also been a dental assistant, scheduling, hygiene, and financial coordinator, business manager and consultant. Turning practices around and believing that my management philosophy is applicable to any business has driven my philosophy.  I  believe in taking care of employess which are our human capital.  Our WOW factor. I also believe in fostering a team environment and that the right employees are an organization’s greatest asset.  We have all read” GOOD TO GREAT” and know the importance of having the right people on the bus.  In 2005, I decided that I would open my own consulting firm, Splendor Business Management, so that I could help others find their way in this crazy business world of not only dentistry but also Optometry, Physical Therapy and really any business dealings with consumers. I am a motivator, nurturer, and I’m passionate about my work. I believe that my expertise and values can turn any business around.  I’m a strong believer in Zig Ziglar’s saying, “You can have anything you want in life, if you just help enough other people get what they want.” I
